I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who regrets cutting her hair. It probably happens on a Sunday when you’re done doing your chores and have some extra time to discover your talents! You pick up a pair of scissors and start styling your hair; or if you’re not feeling adventurous (luckily!), you just go to the hairdresser or barber. Either way, the chances of winding up regretful, is quite high.
There is nothing much to do about it. You should just be patient, avoid scissors, and wait for your hair to grow back. The good news is there are some ways to reduce your waiting time. There are numerous vitamins and supplements that highly affect your hair growth. Here is a list:
Vitamin D: known to be helpful for creating new follicles which leads to an increase in hair growth.
Vitamin A: a vital substance to help our cells, including our hair, to grow.
Vitamin E: famous as a stress buster. Lower stress level, higher growth of hair.
Iron: almost anyone knows insufficiency of Iron is a root cause for hairlessness.
Vitamin C: comes to the aid of the body to mop up more iron, which is essential for hair growth.
B-Vitamins: superstars in hair products. (They’re basically good for everything!)
Zinc: like iron, its shortfall results in hair loss.
Protein: needless to say, crucial for hair growth.
There are also some other supplements that have a very effective formula which help you to get back your long healthy hair as soon as possible. They’re like a mixture of different vitamins and minerals.
Here is one more very important thing to look out: as you probably know, there should be a balanced level of nutrients in our body. In other words, a surplus of nutrients is also something we should avoid. Therefore, make sure, before taking any pills, consult with your health care provider. Keeping a fair and square amount of vitamins and minerals will get you in a good physical condition.
